I'm a graduate student in the M.S. Computer Information Systems & Business Analytics program at West Texas A&M University, building on a decade-long career across marketing, sales, and product development in Ghana.
Before graduate school, I held roles as Marketing Manager, Sales & Product Development Manager, and Territory Supervisor at companies including Unilever Ghana, Wilmar Africa, Sunda International, Assa Abloy, and Kitea Ghana Limited — developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing distributor networks, and turning market insight into business decisions. That instinct for evidence-based decision-making is what drew me into analytics.
I hold an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a B.Sc. in Laboratory Technology from the University of Cape Coast, where my undergraduate research was published in the Asian Journal of Plant Science and Research.
At WTAMU, I designed and built an open-source Mailroom Management System — a secure, AI-featured package tracking platform for community housing environments — presented at the student research poster session in December 2025 and again with an upgraded version in March 2026. I'm currently extending that work into an agentic AI early warning system for predicting rural hospital financial distress across the Texas Panhandle, combining explainable machine learning with autonomous multi-agent architectures.
My interest now sits squarely at the intersection of agentic AI and applied analytics — building systems that don't just report on a problem but actively monitor, reason about, and act on it.
